The Scooter Will Not Run

There are several reasons why your scooter may not operate. The first step is to check the battery:

The Scooter Is Fully Charged but Still Won’t Run

If the scooter is charged but not operating, check for the following:

1.Key Issues

  • Key not inserted: Place the key into the slot and turn it to the ON position.

  • Key not inserted correctly: Ensure the key is pushed all the way in before turning.

2. Free-Wheel Lever

  • Confirm that the manual free-wheeling switch/lever is in the OFF position.

  • This lever disengages the motor for manual pushing; it must be set to drive mode for operation.

3. Power-Save Mode

  • Remove the key, wait at least 30 seconds, then reinsert and turn ON.

  • This feature prevents battery drain when idle. Activation time varies (3–5 minutes depending on scooter model).

4. Circuit Breaker

  • Press the main circuit breaker/reset button to restart the motor.
